He has led and participated in commercial discussions with 10+ Japanese publicly listed companies, and brings 7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Grounded in on-the-ground market research across 30+ countries, Ayuki combines local execution with a global operating mindset to build practical, repeatable expansion playbooks.

A: Our core focus is B2B AI and adjacent enterprise software where regulated procurement is a key barrier. That said, we’ve supported a wide range of overseas digital products expanding into Japan—so if you’re not strictly “AI,” we can still help as long as the go-to-market and operating model fit.
